Staff from heaven:
- He does his works before deadline
- His works are of golden standard
- He solves problems others can't solve
- He thoroughly understands the company's product
- He makes his presence felt among other staffs
- Most importantly, he's irreplaceable should he leave
Staff from hell:
- He always finish his works late
- He creates craps
- He can't solve his problems
- He knows little about the company's product
- Bad staffs are forgotten when they leave, bad the one from hell left scars even after they left
Staffs normally have both heaven/hell criterias, a true staff from heaven is really hard to come by.
